Shepherd of the Pines UMC Ministries is committed to fostering a vibrant community of faith that embraces all individuals and families. Our ministries focus on spiritual growth, service, and outreach, providing opportunities for worship, fellowship, and personal development. Women Ministries
The Women’s Ministries group began in July 2023 at a meeting with a large number of the women of Shepherd of the Pines.
We discussed four primary areas for spiritual growth: education, mission, ministry and fellowship. Some ideas for focus were monthly get-togethers with programs and presentations, visiting shut-in’s, and activities to support the children in our community. We saw the opportunity to use our talents and time to make a difference in our community. We committed to be inclusive, open and inviting to all women.
